Various CDP Products

CDP (Customer Data Platform) is software designed to collect and unify data from various sources, creating a single, comprehensive view of each customer.

At the CDP company I work for, we bring order to the chaos of customer experience (CX). My designs and user experience research (UXR) play a key role in this. Our CX hub empowers business teams to explore and act on customer data, while also giving technical teams control over where data resides and how it’s used.

The challenges we tackle within the platform are complex, and my role is to simplify these big, complicated problems to create intuitive user experiences. To do this, I conduct feedback sessions with clients, send surveys, monitor Heap sessions, analyze data from Productboard, set up Appcues announcements and onboarding, and more—there’s always something to improve.

Detailed pages for this work are currently under construction, but please enjoy these teaser images below!
